What we handle
The AI systems we build for you process the information your customers share on a call, chat or form — names, contact details, and the context needed to answer, qualify and book. That data belongs to your business, not us.
How it's protected
- Encrypted in transit and at rest across the call and message path.
- Minimum-necessary access, with audit logging on the systems that touch a conversation.
- Connected to your own tools (calendar, CRM) rather than pooled somewhere out of your control.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or your customers' data, and we don't use it to train models that benefit anyone but you.
