Who this covers

This page covers two things: this website (browsing it, filling in a form, talking to a demo agent) and, at a high level, the systems we build for clients. If you're a client, the detailed handling of your customers' data, retention, subprocessors, deletion, is set out in your service agreement and any data-processing addendum we sign, which governs over this page for that relationship.

What we collect on this site

• Browsing.Aggregate, cookie-free page-view analytics, page, referrer, rough location and device type. It isn't tied to your name and we don't use it for ad targeting.
• Contact and booking forms. The name, email, business, and message you submit through the contact form or the free-audit booking flow, used only to reply to you and, for a booking, to confirm the time.
• Live demo agents.If you call or chat with one of the demo agents in the hero, the audio or text of that conversation is sent to our AI provider to generate a response, and a transcript is kept so the demo can hold context mid-conversation. We also extract a small profile from it, name, email, phone, and a short note on what you asked about, keyed to a salted hash of your IP address (never the raw IP), so a repeat visit to the demo can pick up where you left off. This is separate from any real customer data a client's live deployment handles.

How we use it

To respond to what you asked, run the demo you're trying, and understand which parts of the site people actually use. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to a data broker, and we don't use it to train a model that benefits anyone but the purpose it was collected for.

Who else sees it

A short list of processors handle data on our behalf, strictly to run the site and the demo: our AI provider (to generate a demo response), an email relay (to deliver form submissions and booking confirmations), a database provider (to store the demo caller profile described above), and our hosting provider. None of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How it's protected

• Encrypted in transit and at rest across the call and message path.
• Minimum-necessary access, with audit logging on the systems that touch a conversation.
• Demo caller profiles keyed by a salted IP hash, never the raw IP, and never shared outside the processors above.
• Connected to your own tools (calendar, CRM), for client deployments, rather than pooled somewhere out of your control.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and booking requests are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable operational record after. Demo caller profiles persist only to make repeat demo visits feel continuous, and are pruned periodically. For an active client engagement, retention is set in that agreement.

Your choices

You can use the site without filling in any form, the demo works without you giving a real name. To request a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us, we'll honor it unless a legal or contractual obligation says we have to keep something longer.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our page-view analytics run cookie-free. Any cookie strictly needed to keep the site functioning (like remembering that you dismissed a banner) isn't used for tracking across other sites.

Children

This site and its demos aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Client engagements

What we build runs on your tools and for your business. You own your customer data and the workflows we deliver; we process it only to run what you've configured, under the terms of your service agreement. See the HIPAA page for how this works specifically for healthcare data.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as the site changes, and update the date at the top when we do. Material changes to how we handle an active client's data still go through that client's agreement, not a silent update here.
